Commission candidates spar over alternative energy (FOX 11 Tucson)

PHOENIX (AP) — While both Democrats and Republicans vying for the Arizona Corporation Commission agree alternative energy is the future, each party’s candidates believe they are the ones to lead the charge to greener pastures.
